Very Good
Amazing location next to Leiden train station and 5min walking from the center. Very Comfortable bed and clean room. The stuff were very friendly and helpful.
The light in the room was not enough. In addition the lack of stuff made it harder for check in late hours . The bell for the parking lot was not always responsive.

What was the highlight of Hotel VIC
Good but a bit expensive for the quality
Hotel was nice and very convenient as you can check in all time thanks to automatic machine. Decoration was nice and the hotel is very easy to find from the train station.
I was expecting to have a double bed and not two singles ones and was a bit surprised to discover that the bathroom was in the room and not in a seperate room due to the hotel being a 4 stars and the price paid (152 € for a night).

It was a comfortable stay. The room was clean and the hotel at a prime location.
Easy to check in. Close to the train station and city center. Comfortable bed and nice shower.
Not enough light in the room.
